Refund Policy

This guarantee applies to all subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Business).

How to Request Your Refund

Email billing@redirectboss.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Subject line: "Refund Request"

We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund.

After the 14-Day Period

After your initial 14-day guarantee period:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Your service remains active until the end of your paid period

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us immediately at billing@redirectboss.com.

We investigate all billing error claims within 2 business days. Confirmed errors are refunded within 5-7 business days.

Examples of billing errors:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect plan pricing
  • Failed cancellation processing

Professional Services

Optional professional services (white glove setup assistance, custom implementation support) are sold separately from subscriptions and are not eligible for refunds once work has begun.

These services are:

  • Sold outside of your subscription
  • Billed separately as one-time payments
  • Not required to use RedirectBoss

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans with custom pricing are handled via direct sales and separate Master Service Agreements, which include their own refund terms.

Service Credits for Downtime

We provide service credits when our service uptime falls below guaranteed levels:

Business Plans (99.95% SLA):

  • Service credits: 10% of monthly subscription fee per hour of unplanned downtime
  • Maximum credit: 100% of one month's subscription fee
  • Calculated monthly, applied as account credit

Starter & Professional Plans (99.9% target):

  • Best effort uptime commitment
  • Significant outages reviewed case-by-case

Enterprise Plans:

  • Custom SLA defined in your Master Service Agreement

Exclusions from Service Credits

Service credits do not apply to outages caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance (announced 24+ hours in advance)
  • Your DNS provider or domain registrar issues
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control
  • Misconfigurations in your redirect setup
